To be eligible for a refund, students must meet the following requirements:

• The request for a refund must be made within sixty (60) calendar days of purchase. Requests should be made to [email protected].

• Students who are asked to leave class due to disruptive behavior are not eligible for a refund.

• Orders are non-transferable.

• Refunds will be processed with the following guidelines: 

• 0 - 15 days from the date of purchase, 100% refund minus a $25 processing fee

• 16 - 30 days from the date of purchase, 75% refund minus a $25 processing fee

• 31-60 days from the date of purchase, 50% refund minus a $25 processing fee

• 61+ days from purchase date, no refunds
